Each arrangement is thoughtfully created in partnership with Hawthorn Plains, known for their artistic, thoughtfully designed floral moments, and whose generosity and support made this initiative possible.
A portion of proceeds from every purchase supports IRIS and our ongoing work. As always, we remain committed to sharing the impact this funding continues to make.
